A new Investment Planning Service

We analysed the proposed pricing, proposition, service, processes and communications plan, before benchmarking them against key competitors. We then formulated new recommendations for their Investment Planning Service and delivered a suite of communications to support it.

Added value and service development

The NFSL results post RDR have met all targets and encouraged further investment in the proposition. We were asked to develop a blue-sky blueprint for the future, which working with the senior team, we created and gained full support. for a phased implementation.

The first phase involved us creating the concept called ‘The BIG TALK’ for client seminars. We developed all content plans, wrote the copy and delivered fully designed, animated and finished presentations for Investments, Retirement, Workplace and General Member events. Initial feedback has been very positive. Clients have remarked on the easy to understand content and delivery.

NFSL, the advice arm of The Newcastle, asked us to review their post RDR advice proposition and ongoing strategy to develop the channel.
