Banks must embrace social media
Bankers, social media experts and technologists met behind a closed doors at the Lloyds building in London to discuss possible applications of social media in their business. The meeting delivered a clear message: banks must embrace social media - but have work to do to work out exactly how to.
No official meeting summary has been released, but here are some direct quotes from the participants on the future of social media in their business:
