Breaking new ground in residential property investment

The creation of Hearthstone Investment saw the first residential property investment fund open to the general public for an investment of just £1,000 or £50 per month. A genuine new way of accessing the residential property asset class, bakehouse helped build the brand, develop the marketing strategy and support the business during its pre launch, launch and post launch phases. As a founder non-executive director to the business, Nick Baker helped steer Hearthstone through its early years.

A limited budget didn't limit our achievements

Marketing the Fund through advisers and direct to consumers, every penny spent was made to count. Bakehouse developed the digital strategy, designed and managed the website build, planned and created all literature and other take to market communications requirements. The brand asset we called Vesta was conceived by us to give Hearthstone a strong personality and stand out. In addition we helped source, review and appoint PR and media partners and advised on key marketing activities.

Hearthstone is now a well founded business with a proven track record and growing in its sector.

A new residential property fund concept needed a strong launch campaign. Using The Lab, we created a standout brand personality called Vesta to drive awareness and recall in the IFA market.
