Our Money Calendar was developed as a way of helping customers to see graphically when money is in and out of their accounts. As money is planned to go out and the balance falls below zero, the calendar will show red days. The idea is to help people manage their accounts to keep as many days ‘in the black’ until pay day.
A budget planner app with tips and guides
As part of the customer proposition for the basic bank account, we developed a budget planner to feed into the Money Calendar. This allows users to simply create a monthly budget plan. Linked to the planner is a series of hints, tips and guides to help people avoid bad habits.
This major retail bank asked us to create a value added app to improve money management capabilities for customers new to managing bank accounts. We developed a personal budget planner and money calendar.
