A fundamentally different product was designed with just 4 eligibility questions, no exclusions , moratorium or suicide clause. We developed a brand name, identity and positioning which reflected the new standard in simplicity – SO, short, to the point, no frills and completely transparent.

The web journey we created was defined by its simple graphics, easy to use sliders and lack of complex decisions. We designed and wrote all content, built a range of ads for driving traffic and worked with the team to implement white-labelled sites with key partners.

SO is a new player in the protection market. Our role was to create a distinct brand and leading-edge user journeys and web experiences to deliver its simplified life insurance proposition on mobile and all other platforms.
